Victoria is a business graduate with experience in the tech and hospitality industry. She has previously worked in large corporations with cross-functional, strategic project management and process optimization. Hence, Victoria has a keen understanding of the business value of sustainability efforts, as well as challenges concerned with process implementation and change management. Victoria has previously lived and worked in The Netherlands, Sweden and the UK and has a keen interest in multicultural business environments. At GLOBAL CSR, Victoria is a Sustainability Consultant working with the UNGPs and OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. She also works with the strategy, development and operations of csrCloud.

Tell us a bit about yourself?

I was an intern at GLOBAL CSR in 2020, as part of my business degree, and am thrilled to be back as a consultant! I’ve previously lived in Sweden, The Netherlands and the UK and enjoy working in multicultural environments. Apart from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love reading, running, hiking, music and anything outdoors.

Why did you decide to work in the area of sustainability?

Having always had a keen interest in sustainability, I’ve had my eye on the field for some time. I find the intersection of business, sustainability and tech is immensely interesting and working at GLOBAL CSR means assisting businesses in being a vessel for sustainability and change, which I am thrilled to be a part of!

What were you doing before you started here?

Before I started at GLOBAL CSR, I worked in project management in the tech industry. I had a focus on process optimization, business development and commercial initiatives. I am certain these experiences will assist me in generating value for our clients.

What are you looking most forward to working with at GLOBAL CSR?

I look forward to working with businesses that are on the forefront of sustainability, i.e. that are implementing the global minimum standard for responsible business conduct. The area of sustainability, both legally and commercially, is in such an interesting and expansive phase. I ́m excited to create value for businesses that are, or will be, leading by example in the transition ahead. Beyond that, I’m excited to work with, and learn from my colleagues and other experts in the field.

With my background in tech and commercial management, I’m also thrilled to be working with the development and growth of our software, csrCloud. csrCloud enables businesses to continuously work with sustainability through the established management system of the UNGPs and OECD Guidelines for multinational enterprises in a cost-efficient way. Through tech, we can support even more businesses in compliance, impact assessments and due diligence. In effect, we’re making sustainability assessment and reporting accessible on an even wider scale. Very exciting!
