Jan Tornfeldt

Jan Thornfeldt holds a master’s degree in economics and has more than 20 years of experience with executive search and recruitment. He has specialised in “knowing what people can do – and how they do what they do best.” In continuation of that he has wide knowledge and experience in outplacement, coaching, team building, leadership, development, organizational development, and employee relations. He is the managing director of Promando A/S and is a member of several boards.
